Every Tuesday night is $6.50 movies at the local theater. We get together at 6:00 pm for a community dinner and then head to the movies after!
Do you love Catan, Uno, Poker, Chess, Splendor, Exploding Kittens, etc, etc...? SO DO WE!
A group of us went to the Society Garden in Macon, GA for the Halloween cookoff. Then on Halloween night we gathered at an EAGLE neighbor's driveway firepit where we made smores and handed out candy to about 40 kids!
Come join our band! We need a bass guitarist and a much better singer ;)
Pictured here are some of our Eagle Members at the in-progress common house. We have completed most of the interior demo and just put in new windows and all new electrical wiring!
With two rinks in town, we all decided to retire and become skaters. We tried it out once, and it was so fun that now we go every week!
We host Coffee Meetups to encourage local Middle GA residents to come hang out and talk about money!
Wednesday night is Ladies' night (free play!) at the local pool hall and we have decided to become pool sharks.
Pictured above is one of our EAGLE cohousing members repping Middle Georgia in the 2023 Magnolia Soap Box Derby! Wouldn't it be cool if we could do an EAGLE soapbox car? Calling all you creative builders out there :)
Did you know that Macon, GA has a 10-day Cherry Blossom Festival!? Join us each April to view the beautiful 350,000 Japanese Yoshino trees. Enjoy Food trucks, a weiner dog race, a bed race where you push a converted bed down the road, parade, concerts, craft fair etc. About 25-min from EAGLE.
Warner Robins currently doesn't have a true "downtown", but that is changing soon! This new project is within an easy biking distance to EAGLE Cohousing. Imagine the group rides or walks we can enjoy- let's work together with the city to add biking infrastructure! Check out the links below for more information on the project.
Middle GA celebrates PRIDE. EAGLE Cohousing is not affiliated with any particular political party or ideology other than exceptional money management, so we are just hoping to attract people who can agree to respect each other.
Two of our locals enjoyed a wonderful day on the Ocmulgee River. The drop-in point on the river is about 30 min away from EAGLE Cohousing
Every Thursday afternoon in Warner Robins, the International City Farmer's Market operates at the corner of Maple Street and Watson Boulevard. Local growers and locally owned businesses sell food and other home items from 1 p.m until Dusk. We think it would be a fun project to develop a community garden that not only feeds EAGLE members, but also the greater Warner Robins area.
